Well, I rarely put any extra notes regarding the reviews, but this time I think its necessary.Since I can't get my mind around it.
The advice that I am looking for is more towards the structure of the essay since it does not really flow in terms of its points. and I don't really know how to change it. And the second thing is a conclusion, as I am struggling to summerise it when there so many things for the topic. That both can be said for it or what to say specifically for it to end it.

Okay - so I think there is an issue of thematic proportion here - you give 2/3s of your assignment to auteur theory (not author theory) and one tiny paragraph to Cocteau's film. You needed to define the theory and its characteristics, and then demonstrate how Cocteau's film might meet or mirror those characteristics. So the problem here is - yes, you show understanding of the theory, but you don't apply it to your subject in any meaningful way. This is why you struggle to write a conclusion, because essentially you haven't really made an argument about anything yet - you've just written something about auteur theory - not an analysis of La Belle et La Bete using auteur theory as your 'Swiss army knife' (the means by which you analyse the film and its director). In lots of ways, your treatment of auteur theory is solid and content-rich - you're just not 'using' it for any clear purpose as it relates to discussing the film.
